Shipping policy

Shipping Details:

• Your orders typically require 3-5 business days for processing and packaging, which is separate from the actual shipping time.
• You can track your package once it departs from our New York facility.
• Estimated shipping times include: USPS First Class Mail/UPS GROUND (Domestic): 3-5 Business Days; USPS Priority Mail (Domestic): 2-3 Business Days; DHL Express/UPS Intl. (International): 2-4 Business Day; USPS International First Class: 7-21 Business Days.
• All shipments require a valid phone number and email address to aid in delivery process. 
• Please be aware that we do not ship during weekends or federal holidays. Shipping operations will resume after weekends and holidays.
• Be aware that additional duties may apply to your package upon entry into your country. Please note that THE DRIP SHOP is not responsible for these extra fees. Customs laws vary from country to country, and sometimes orders may undergo customs inspections, causing delivery delays.
• Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments: In the unfortunate event of lost, stolen, or damaged shipments, all claims must be filed directly with the shipping carrier. We regret that we cannot assume responsibility for such occurrences.
