Refund policy

THE DRIP SHOP offers a 30-day return policy (30 days from the day item is received). To be eligible for a return, your item MUST be in the same condition that you received it, unworn AND unused. PLEASE include return form in the return packaging.

Discounted orders from Last Dibs will ONLY be available for Store Credit.

We offer price adjustments for past purchases within 7 days of original date of purchase for store credit.

If you are unsatisfied with your item please do the following:

  • Request a return at shopthedripshop.loopreturns.com.  We will supply you with a return shipping label via email after your request.

  • Items will be processed as soon as received.

  • Refunds may take 10-14 days after arrival to show up on your form of payment.

For Damages or Issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

For an Exchange:
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
